We use no cookies, analytics or tracking, and load nothing from third parties.
Server logs
When a request to our server fails, we log the IP address, time, requested address and browser. We use this to keep the server secure and working, which is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, also under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep them as long as the conversation needs.
Who processes it
All our servers are in the EU, and your data never leaves it. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its use, or object to it. Write to hi@chillbor.dev. You can also complain to the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
Our apps
Each app has its own policy. Night Cabs collects no data.
